Matt Tucker is owner and Chief Instructor at Warrior Arts & Fitness . Matt has practiced martial arts for over 35 years and has travelled the world to seek out the very best teachers he could find to give him a better understanding of what makes a complete martial artist. This journey of knowledge and training led Matt to train extensively in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Kali & Escrima (Dog Brothers) and the Satria Fighting Arts (Pencak Silat). Matt has also trained in many other arts including Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Karate and Taekwondo. In 2013 Matt started training privately with Steven and Laarni Benitez in Pencak Silat and their Satria Fighting Arts. After 7 years of full time training, Matt was honoured to become the UK Head Instructor for the Satria Fighting Arts. This beautifully deceptive and explosive art allowed Matt to fully harness all his previous training and to continue to explore many new skills all within one incredible system which is much more than just a fighting art!
